Our Services
We typically work on tenders for contractors and subcontractors to develop competitive tender pricing. Through this process we also contribute to the development of;
-
procurement strategies,
-
construction methodologies,
-
programs,
-
delivery team structures,
-
technical departures, and
-
risk assessments (including Monte Carlo modelling).
Our approach is based principally on rigorous assessment and quantification of scope.
Bid winning strategies are often based around;
-
packaging work to best suit capabilities in the market, and
-
using existing relationships to find;
-
improved designs and
-
gain competitive pricing.
-
Once a solid base estimate is established, further bid winning strategies can be implemented. To do this successfully within a tender period, we develop a tender program and monitor progress daily.
