Dhammika is senior mechanical estimator with over 25 years of international experience with the past 16 years focused on Sydney Water projects. Her expertise spans advanced estimating software, analytical skills, and strategic project planning.

Her qualifications include an MSc in Engineering with Honors and professional recognition from Engineers Australia.

In her roles at Confluence Water and Downer Utilities, Dhammika has contributed both as an estimator and manager to develop competitive tenders and cost estimates.
